As our valued member, we want to make sure you continue to receive the care you need to stay healthy. If you had Health Plan of Nevada Medicaid or Nevada Check Up in 2017, you should have received a notice about renewing your coverage. To keep your coverage in place, you must act right away.
Your coverage will end by the date specified in the letter you received from the State. You’ll receive a notice before this date to let you know that your coverage is about to end. If you don’t begin the renewal process before the deadline, you may still be eligible for coverage. But, it will take some time for your coverage to be reinstated.
Anyone who had Medicaid in 2017 will be asked to renew (or redetermine) their eligibility before the year is over. You do not need to wait to receive a letter from the State to renew.

Call the Nevada Division of Welfare and Supportive Services at 1-800-992-0900. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. They can assist you in any language.
